* Recipe: tomatoes can be used to prepare not only delicious snacks, but also sweet dishes. For example, syrup.
To do this, grind ripe tomatoes through a meat grinder, add sugar to the prepared mass (2 kg per 1 liter of juice obtained) and mix.
Pour the finished syrup into well-washed and dried bottles, putting a slice of lemon in each bottle for flavor. Fill the bottles to the top and seal tightly.
This syrup is not only tasty, but also healthy, as it contains all the vitamins of fresh fruits.
